Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child Support

I found out about my biological father 15 years ago. I was raised solely by my mother. In 1971, My mother took him to court for child support and he denied being the father of both myself and my brother, so the judge threw out the case. My mother never married him. Is there anyway for ME to sue him for the back support that we never received?

Thank you

Re: Child Support

If paternity was never established along with an order for support, you cannot now retroactively

establish what was dismissed by the court in 1971.
