Can a child support order be terminated with a doctor's note saying you're unable to work?

You would need to file a petition to vacate or suspend. The question will be, if you are unable to work, are you receiving any benefits, such as disability workers compensation or SSD or SSI. In addition, you would be expected to apply for those benefits.
