Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Is it a conflict of interest if a person has their sister that is a lawyer, represent her in a support hearing at domestic relations section in Berks county, PA... Considering that the DRS does not allow family members to enter the room where the hearing is taking place between the mother & father? And is it legal for the plaintiff to not show all of their pay stubs when they are working over time and only bringing pay stubs in from the weeks they did not have over time?

Guess you didn't like my answer. As lo as the sister is a licensed lawyer and has never represented the opposing party then she can use her sister. She is there as a lawyer. Whether that's a good idea depends if that's the sort of law her sister practices.

Yes a litigant is to bring in their paystubs. That said DRO also get the pay info from the employer. Generally overtime is not counted as there is no guarantee that overtime will continue. Further if one party make $X and hour their earning capacity is held to 40X dollars,
