Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Court ordered transfer of auto

The divorce has been over for months. Transfer of ownership of vehicle ordered but wife still refusing without many stipulations. Is there anything i can legally do without taking her back to court?? She knows at this time i am in desperate need of a new vehicle and need title release to trade this vehicle in.

You should file contempt petition, she will be forced to cover your legal fees if her behavior is willfull.

Unless the Order is "self-executing" (title already with a third person for instance) you will have to go to court, or at least threaten to go by preparing a motion to enforce the order. Outline your attempts and her refusals and ask the judge for expenses.
