Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Divorce

The papers I picked up from the courthouse say my spouse and I both have to sign 2 different papers and return them at the same time. The problem is she won't sign them, but it says I can file a no-fault if we have lived seperately for 2 years, which we have. I do not know what to do. Please help!!!!

Re: Divorce

Since your wife won't consent to the divorce you can amend your complaint to include the grounds of 2 years separation. Then if she still refuses to sign you can get the divorce without her consent.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me, the initial consultation is free.
