Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Embesselment

my husband left me in may of this year. we have a business together, there was 7 re-fianaces of the buildings that we own after he left in may. I had been dealing with depression. the refiances amount to over 200,000.00 that due to my state of mind he handled. he ended up moving all the monies into a account with only his name on it. other buildings have been bought, but only placed in his name. i just found out that when I was in the hospital at the beginning of may he told my doctors then that our marriage was over, he never said anything until last week to me. there were other re-fiances but i have yet to get information on them. he is now trying to re-fiance buildings that are only in his name that he purchased with the monies that was taken from our buildings. also in oct. i cashed in my 401k ($60,000.00)and he used all except 8,000.00 to pay on bills for the buildings. please let me know does he have the right to do this or may he be getting into trouble if our divorce happens. i do not want our marriage to end. with my depression it placed a wedge between us and i have been trying to fix that wedge. please advise?

Re: Embesselment

You need to speak to a lawyer to review your situation. You may not want a divorce, but his behavior is certainly indicating that he might want one. There are legal rights you must assert or he will have converted all of the assets into cash which is difficult and expensive to trace. I offer free consultations.
