Re: custody issues

I am a recent member of the Guru network, so I just received this posting.

Although you may not be able to take exceptions to a custody recommendation, all custody orders are modifiable. Therefore, nothing prevents you from filing a Petition to Modify and beginning anew. The standard in Pennsylvania is the best interest of the child.

I trust this has been helpful, but feel free to call or e-mail with further questions.
