Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My future son-inlaw says he has taken divorce about 4or 5 monts back after becomng Austalian citizen in jan15.But his exwife has filed ca case in India,Bangalore family court about 2years back and the case is still pending and she iis asking alimony. she iihas not lived with him for the past 2years. My daughter is an american citizen. He wants to marry her in US but not in india.can I go ahead with this alliance.

No. He is still married. So before he decides to get married again he needs to get a divorce.

If your future son in law can provide a certified copy of a divorce decree issued in Australia, he may be fine.
