Grandparents rights to visitation

What are the grandparents rights for visitation and how do we obtain these rights to have unsupervised visitation with our grandson

What you rights are depends on the grand-children's family situation. Are their parents still married? Are they divorced?

Next your seem to want periods of partial custody not visitation. There are big differences between visitation and partial custody.
