Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

international divorce.

My husband is from New Zealand. Due to complications in immigration paperwork he was denied entry to the states. I havent seen or spoken to him in 6 years. I have an old address for his parents but havent been able to contact him. I need to know how to serve him divorce papers. Can it be return maill (try his parents) or do I have to hire someone to find him and physically serve him
