Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

the judge has awarded this man in loco parentis to my granddaughter against my daughters wishes. she has appealed the decision. in the mean time the judge has granted him a modification with the appeal in progress. this person never helped my daughter with taking care of her financially as well as even acting like a parent. He has admitted to carring a hand gun with him while with my granddaughter. and he has a drinking problem. we live in penna. is this wrong or am i just clueless to the law

Where was your daughter's attorney? There aren't enough facts to determine what is going on. Further its your daughter's problem. Why isn't she asking the question?
