If I am not represented by an attorneycan my ex-wife's attorney refuse to accept correspondence from me regarding our case?

Depends on what the correspondence contains. A written communication could be used in court so when you write something assume it can and will be used against you in a court of law.

There is insufficient information to respond to your question. What is the case you are referring to? You said your ex wife so I assume your divorce is finalized. You should contact an attorney to discuss this further.
