Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am in the middle of a divorce with a lawyer and after 2+ years we are not finished. I have been emailing my lawyer for months to please get this finished. He either does not respond at all or I get a one sentence email to placate me. The lawyer will get paid in full once my settlement is final so it is in his best interest to work with me to get this done. I do not understand why he suddenly has gone MIA and I can not start with another attorney. Please let me know what to do and how to get this finished Thank you

The best thing to do is to ask him if he can have another help him wrap it up. Sometimes attorneys get mental blocks, especially if the case involves a disagreeable lawyer on the other side, or one party or the other is disagreeable. It happens quite a bit with divorces.
