Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Non stop contempt issues with the father of my children in PA. The most recent being with - holding my 16 year old son from me for court ordered times (only child that physically resides with him) while son has not been allowed to contact me via telephone I provide for him etc but does facebook message me his father's excuses etc.

Next issue, he and his wife ask my permission to get our daughter for extra time not in his court ordered visitation schedule (I say no) and they take her from the school Without Any Concern For The JUDGE orders. This is not the first or even 3rd time. What all actions can I take to make sure this is stopped and rectify what has already been done?
