Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My parents are legally married. Father left when I was only 2 years old. At 21 years, I learn of his second marriage. Thru letter, he told me that he cannot introduce me to his other family. Wondering if the second marriage is legal? Also learning of his death, what is my rights as his first child?

This question was asked once before and the Answer remains the same.

One cannot enter a valid second marriage without first dissolving the first marriage. Any attempted marriage is void, if the first marriage has not been dissolved by divorce or annulment.

The children produced by your father's attempted union in a second marriage are the legal children of your father, if he has acknowledged them as his children. As such, their rights to inherit from their father are equal to your rights to inherit.
