Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have a pending divorce since Sept 2012. My ex's attorney became district attorney and while she was campaigning, my lawyer would not pursue the case. I later found out in the newspaper, my attorney became her Assistant district attorney. My lawyer claims she is going to file a motion to enforce our marital settlement that was signed and not enforced in July 2013. She still hasn't for almost 4 months. What do I need to do, to remove this lawyer from the case and obtain a new lawyer to finish the case before it goes to a master hearing? I have emailed her, called her, etc. Nothing! I live in Pa if that helps.

Your fee agreement should specify how to fire your attorney. In my fee agreement all I require is that the client fire me in writing. I see other problems with your attorney but that not what you asked.
