Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I need to know what do i need to do to petition the courts for grandparent visitation. Is there forms I can fill out by myself to do this or do i have to hire a lawyer?

Grandparents can petition for visitation when the child lived with the grandparents or 12 months or more and was then removed from the grandparents' home by the parents. Check with your county court or domestic relations' office to see if any forms exist. However, to maximize your chance of success, you should hire a family lawyer.

The other option is to get a portion of your child's visitation time ceded to you.
