Utma
My daughter owes me money and I want to take it out of the UTMA that is set up for her. I am the custodian. She won't be 21 until Feb. 2008. I paid for her car and insurance over the years out of my own money and now I need the money. Can I do this?

OVERVIEW: Mother's liquidation of daughter's Pennsylvania Uniform Transfer to Minors Act (PUTMA) account for mother's benefit constituted a breach of mother's custodial responsibilities to daughter because PUTMA said nothing about retroactive reimbursement
