What is the minimum number of hours an employee must work in a 12 month period in the state of Pennsylvania to be eligible for FMLA?

The Family Medical Leave Act is a federal law so it does not matter what state you are in. Under the FMLA you are required to work at least 1250 hours of service during the twelve months prior to commencement of the leave.
