Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Civil Law - sheriff sale

I won a district magistrate case the it was appealed and the other person won. It went to abritration and that person still won. I received a letter stating if I do not pay with in 3 days from today that writ of execution will be filed in the courthouse for sheriff sale in order to obtain payment. I own nothing, no car, no house. Only the clothes on my back. I live with a friend and don't even own any furniture or appliances. What can this person take from me? the clothes on my back???

Re: Civil Law - sheriff sale

Nope, clothing is one of the exemptions. You will get a list of exemptions with the Writ along with a form to claim them.
