Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I have been divorced from my x husband for 23 years. He passed away 3 years ago. His daughter recently found a IRA at his bank and it has my name on it as beneficiary but she is saying it is not mine.. In fact she is now trying to sue me to get it. It is in the amount of $9000.00.dollars. What are my chance's of getting this?

If your ex was domiciled in PA at time of death, PA Law provides that the divorce essentially nullifies your status as a beneficiary.
