Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Mortgage Originator

I was the originator on a brokered loan on 4 investment props about 2 years ago. The borrower was disclosed to by myself and the bank that the loan closed with, signed 4 complete loan pkgs now has files a law siut and want 30k because he claims he did not know about a prepayment pennalty, Again he signed 4 pkgs with the prepayment penalty info in them. He has named the Co. i work for and my self in the complaint. So my questions are, Am I personally responsible for the money the complaintent is claiming or because i am a employee am i covered through my Co. and as for the Law suit don't signed Documents mean anything.

You employer should pay for your attorney and hold you harmless against the outcome of the law suit.
