owning someone money

If you owe a family member money and you have no contract, can they take you to small claims court.? You have been paid them some of the money due, but you feel on hard times, what can be done?

Have you ever watched Peoples Court or Judge Judy? Yes they can take you to small claims court and receive a judgment against you.

See if you can make some payment to them.

Good luck to you.
