What legal rights do I have if someone always parks in front of my house leaving me no parking spaces on the street and with nowhere else to park? They live in the apartment next door and their landlord won't do anything about this. They are required through their lease to park in the lot behind the complex. I have contacted the local police. What can I legally do?

Are there any restrictions on the on street parking? Do you have to have a permit from the municipality or from the owner of the apartment building? Is there anything in your lease that gives you exclusive rights to the on street parking in front of you building? If the answer is no to all of these questions then there is likely nothing you can do about it.
As for the lease between the landlord and the other party, I am not sure that you have any right to enforce the "behind the building" parking clause. It is possible that you could take the matter to small claims court but it think it may be problematic to have enforced.
