Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

If someone sued me for a debt and got a judgement against me, can they sue me again for the same debt? I live in Pennsylvania.

Generally, the answer is no. It doesnt mean that it cannot happen, but it does mean that you almost certainly should win.

There is no point to suing someone twice for the same debt if they received a judgment the first time.
