Hi are voice mails on cell phones, and/or emails legal to use in civil court over a guest saying she is a tenant?

Yes, they can be used as evidence. Actually, any thing you could present could be evidence provided the opposing party doesn't object. If the do then the rules of evidence would be used to determine if your offer of proof is evidence. However, Voice mails are consented recordings and emails may be printed out and offered into evidence.
