How much will the other insurance compnay pay to me for pain and suffering and hospital costs. should I get a lawyer or let my insurance company handle it. Re: insurance coverage

Your own ins co pays your own medical bills, up to the limits of your medical bill coverage. Your ins co cannot do anything bad to you if it pays your medical bills. The value of your injury, to be paid by the ins co for the other driver, depends on the nature & extent of your injury. You should consult with an experienced personal injury lawyer. Please do not try to resolve the claim yourself. You should speak with an attorney ASAP. My office has over 25 years experience in these cases. There is no charge for a consultation, and no attorney fee is charged until we recover money. Please call me if you would like to discuss your claim. Good luck!!

Re: insurance coverage

Your own insurance's PIP coverage pays your medical bills. Your injuries can only be compenstaed by the other driver's insurance carrier. Your property danage can be handled by your carrier who will get the money from the other driver's insurance. An attorney can help you negotiate the best possible settlement as they have experience with the ammounts various injuries are worth. I offer free consultations and can handle personal injury lawsuits on a contingency fee(No fee unless you recover) basis.
