Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

employment discrimination/retaliation

I am looking for an attorney who

skilled in employment discrimination

law, I am seeking to file a Title VII

retaliation case in federal court. I

have filed with the EEOC and has

received a right to sue letter and

matter is still under investigation. I

have a considerable amount of

evidence to substantiate my claim,

however the Chief executive of the

organization is politically connected

and I believe many attorneys have

been intimidated by the politically

connected CEO. I believe the case is

a winner in court and the employer

will most likely settle because they

probably would not want to face a

judge or a jury based on the strength

of the evidence I have. Based in

what I have indicated is this a case

worth taking

Re: employment discrimination/retaliation

You should meet with an attorney to discuss your case. Without further information regarding your "evidence" it would be difficult to give an opinion on the strengths or merits of your case. You indicate you received a right to sue letter. You do not indicate when you received the letter. Such a letter gives you a limited time in which to file a suit be sure that the time to file has not as yet expired.
