Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Is it fair ''cause'' to terminate an employee for becoming ill in the workplace?

I was terminated for cause this week.

A few weeks ago, I became ill with diarrhea and accidentally caused a toilet in the restroom to overflow.

Ever since I had my gall bladder removed a few years ago, I occasionally get bouts of diarrhea, especially after a heavy lunch.

The manager of building services complained about the ''mess'' to my manager, and I was terminated for making a mess in the restroom.

Being that I was a temp, my immediate manager said that he could do nothing to defend me.

Q 1.) Is this fair cause for termination?

Q 2.) Is this fair cause to deny me from receiving unemployment benefits?
