Unfortunately, Pennsylvania remains an at Will State. This essentially means employers may make all manner of decisions respecting the qualifications of potential employees. However, employers are still bound by law and may not discriminate against potential employees based on Race, Ethnicity, Gender, Religious Affliation or Creed.
