Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Wages

I work for A large security company who is contracted by another company to supply guards the company pays the security company 18.00 an hour per guard so the security company can pay us guards 15.75 an hour but they only pay us 7.75 an hour we dont get any benefits or 401k and when the security company is asked about this they wont say anything also the company that contracts us does not know that we are not getting paid the 15.75. This is A very confusing situation but I have 2 kids and A wife at home and if it is possible to get the wages im supposed to be getting I would like to know how to go about doing it. It is unfair if the company cannot give A reason why they are taking so much out of our pay.

Re: Wages

I would first notify the company that contracts you that you are not getting paid the correct amount.

If neither company will do anything, you need to take written evidence of what you are saying, such as a contract or other writing that shows you are owed the 15.75, to a lawyer, who can review the documents and based on that review determine whether anything can be done.
