Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I've worked for a union company for 20 years, they fired me unjustly and my union refuses to fight for me to get my job back.

Should I get my own attorney to fight for me to get my job back or should I try to sue the union?

Your union owes you a fiduciary duty of fair representation. Consult an attorney who handles employee/union side labor cases (that does not represent your union or want to represent your union) as soon as possible to determine whether your union has breached its obligations to you.
