Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Daughters boyfriend constantly at my house and won't leave

My daughter and I share an apartment - I can't stand her boyfriend and don't want him around my 3 year old. He is not on our lease but is screaming disrepect because i don't want him in my house - can I call the police to have him removed??

Of COURSE you can. I highly doubt your daughter is on the lease with you, so it's a no brainer. Even if she is on the lease with you, you could still have the police have him removed.
