Can my landlord charge an eviction fee if i paid my late charges and rent thats due?

It will depend on your lease agreement. Most fees and obligations to pay are listed in the agreement that you signed. I would check that immediately. It would be difficult to answer your question with knowing for sure what you signed with the landlord.
