Your landlord has 30 days to repay your security deposit plus interest. If there are any deductions for damages, he has to list them and the cost of repair or replacement. If he doesn't return the decurity deposit within 30 days, yuo are entitled to double the security deposit. YOU MUST GIVE THE LANDLORD YOUR FORWARDING ADDRESS UPON VACATING THE PREMISES.
