If the tenant has fled away without giving any notice to the landlord and he filed a bankruptcy, can I go after him for civil action in a legal court?

Probably not. Very few expenses are exempt from bankruptcy, and although I'm not a bankruptcy expert, I think your chances of getting yhour rents back are slim to none. You're only recourse is to file a Statement of claim with the bankrupcy court, but my experience is that you went see that money again.
