Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Auto accident 4 years ago

In 2001 there was an auto accident the other party filed a suit. nothing became of it. now all of a sudden 5 years later they are trying again. what is the statue of limitations and should I be really concerned about being suied. also, i lived in ny at the time and now I am a pa resident, have been for 4 years. help!!

The case could still be pending that was originally filed. You should contact your insurance company and/or your lawyer who previously represented you. You should not ignore.
