Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

bike injury

My son had an accident on his new bike when the front tire fell off while he was riding it. The clamp used to remove the tire came open on its own. He suffered a concussion and lacerations to his face and shoulder. Do I have any recourse?

Re: bike injury

Yes you do have recourse. If we can prove that there was a defective condtion with the bike and that injuries resulted, a claim can be made. The bike would have to be examined by an expert such as a bike engineer or a "tech-type" person such as a repairman from "Bike-Line". Therefore, you need the bike to be examined before it is fixed. Obviously, to do all of this the injuries need to be serious. Our office handles bike accident cases and we have many bike experts available to examine the bike.
