damages sought for by neglient store owner

Can i sue the owner of a store for not calling the cops and reporting an assault i suffered and the not call an ambulance but demand i leave the store?

when did this happen? Did you suffer injuries from the assault.? How did the assault happen? was it in or on the premises of the owner? Is he some how liable for you being assaulted? As for the subsequent actions of his failure to call police or ambulance and ask you to leave the property did this increase your injury in some regard? There is insufficient information to respond.
