Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

FMS Injury

While working for a large mega church ''cult'' (as an accountant) I was placed under extreme amounts of stress to keep hidden some illegal actions and the like. The stress was extreme, my body started to suffer and within 12 months I was diagnosed with Fibromaylsia. I have had doctor bills and also a loss of quality of life. Fibromaylsia occurs after one suffers amounts of stress the body cannot handle. I also in the time period had a miscarriage and a severe case of the chicken pox. This happened 3 years ago. I am just now considering sueing because I couldn't not talk about it without suffering pain attacks.

Can you help?

Kathy

The statute of limitations for you to sue on this would be 2 years in Pennsylvania.
