Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Food Poisoning

My husband and I are recovering from what we believe is food poisoning which occured this past Saturday nite. We have completed a stool specimen kit and do have a sample of the food we ingested. Is there a legal case in this or is this far too common a thing anymore?

Thank you.

Re: Food Poisoning

There's certainly a cause of action here. The question is how bad a case of food poisoning it is, how long the course of medication is, and how much you suffer during the course of this illness. It's not a situation where you're going to get rich, but if you're upset enough with the folks who served you bad food, you have the right to take action against them.

Feel better soon.

Re: Food Poisoning

You have a valid cause of action. The question is whether the value of your cases make pursuing it worthwhile.
