Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

My home was struck by a neighbors vehicle hard enough to shake my home. His driveway is pointed directly mid center of my home. He says he hit the breaks, but the gas was applied. I called the police which came & wrote a report. what steps should I take. My insurance, My neighbor. I am unsure what steps to take next.

You should report it to your homeowners carrier. It should not adversely affect your rates and they will get the ball rtolling as far as the investigation. They should contact your neighbor's car insurance carrier who should ultimately pay the bill. You should also get an estimate for the repairs from someone you trust. I would be glad to recommend a contractor who would be able to provide you with an estimate.
