Re: pulled back at work

Notification is an important issue here. Did you notify your employer about the incident? did your employer pay any bills previously before your back acted up again?. who owned the parking lot where you fell? Why did you fall? Did you trip over something on the lot? Was there a substance on the lot or defect of the parking lot? These and many other questions must be answered. if you would like to discuss the matter feel free to conatact my office.

In order to ahve a workers compensation claim, you would have had to follow certain procedures. Did you report the incident? What caused you to slip and fall in September? Please contact if want to discuss.

Re: pulled back at work

Well, before we can decide the best way to sue, you'll have to provide some more info.....

Did anyone see what happened or did you report the incident to anyone soon after your fall?

What made you slip? Was it something on the ground or do you think it had to do with the construction/design of the area?

Please write back with as much detail as you want, then I can better evaluate your case. My direct e-mail is [email protected]

Mike

P.S.: Did you have any history of back problems before? How old are you?
