you cannot make them. Generally, an attorney gets better results from companies that withold this type of information.

If they do not respond to you, then you need to obtain a lawyer to get on their case. They will be probably be more responsive to a letter from an attorney. I would not recommend immediately filing suit, as that may delay resolution of your case by getting defense attorneys involved.

If you are injured, then you should continue with your medical treatment and be consistent with it.

Sorry about your unpleasant experience. I trust you have sought medical care and I hope your feeling better. You should put the hotel on notice of your claim. Many times involving a lawyer may make the hotel more responsive knowing that you have legal representation. You should discuss the matter with an attorney.
