Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My brother and I own a house together. He is living in the house. I want him to move out of it. Can I make him do that and how?

Shoot him in his sleep, and bury him in the backyard. Otherwise, you have to buy him out. The law is based on trying to address needs, and is basically logical. What logical reason would there be to take someone who is a joint owner, and make them move out (assuming they are not assaulting someone, then it goes to family lay or criminal court), without compensating them? There may be facts you are not telling us, but w/o adequate information, how can anyone help you? Despite what people say, there ARE dumb questions, or at least questions asked in a dumb way...
