property lines

can survey stakes, marking property lines, be moved by some one other then the property owners.

like someone surveying the property next to your property and basically taking land from you which you have a deed for and have had for 18 years and they move the original survey markers.

Ownership of property is not changed by moving survey markings. I suggest you have your property resurveyed to insure that you are protected. The markings may have been removed for other reasons.
