Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

sister borrowed car, had accident her fault

My 35 yr old sister-in-law borrowed my car with permission and was in an accident. All parties agree it was her fault. I have liability coverage, but not collision coverage on my car. My insurance will cover the damage to the other car. My car is totaled and was worth $5,000.00. My sister in law has offered to pay for my car, which she feels is the right thing to do, but I want to know is my sister-in-law liable for the damage to my car?

Re: sister borrowed car, had accident her fault

You asked if the driver of a car is responsible for the damage to a car caused by her own fault.
