Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

Grabber

My Girlfriends boss continually grabs/

scratches his crotch whenever she is

around. She has complaind to the boss

above him and the boss above that

boss and nothing has been done. What

should our next step be?

While I would need more information it appears that your girlfriend may have a claim of discrimination. There are time periods required in order to take action and to file claims with the appropriate agency. You should consult with an attorney immediately.
