Re: suspension

Your question does not provide dates when these events transpired. It is unclear whether your company is acting appropriately in investigation the allegations of both of you or in effect retailiated against you for reporting the sexual harassment. Perhaps your company has company manual that details the process once charges and or counter charges are made. You should ask human resources about the procedure and when the investigation will trake place. You should speak with a lawyer to determine if any of your rights have been violated. If you would like to speak further you can contact me to set up a consultation.
