Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

Illegally videotaping tanning bed room while my wife is nude

I am curious what our rights are for suing either the hotel or the videotaper or both well my wife and 2 young children have a pool membership to a local marriot hotel and 1 day a week for the last 9 months had used the tanning room/bed nude well tonight she found a video recorder hidden in a tissue box wich caught the whole room we now kno know for a fact that he has been doing this for 9 months he did get arrested and the video does have him placing the camera in the box my wife is a terrible wreck and nonstop crying i of course am beside myself and my 9 year old son and 6 year old had to witness all that happened with the arrest and know what happened
